Flexible list loading

Lists can be as simple as a set of telephone numbers or as complex as you like and can be loaded manually via the web management interface, EyeQueue, or automatically transferred in from external applications.

Blended agents

Unique to Qology’s solutions, outbound calls launched from campaigns can be set to arrive at agents desktops just like any inbound call meaning little to no agent training required when blending outbound campaigns with inbound voice traffic.

Upsell to existing customers

Build lists of customer segments that may be interested in special offers or upgrades to their service and automatically contact them when the contact centre has capacity to speak with them, connecting customers to live agents only when the customer has confirmed that they are on the line AND interested in the offer.
